Swedish Doom metal band THE GARDNERZ have released "Exiting Reality" as a free download via Digmetalworld Records in North America, featuring two new songs of Doomy Goodness, like a cannon blast right in your face.

The band commented:
"With this release we want to affirm our standing as the most interesting and versatile Doom/Death band around these days. When most bands play it safe, we try to go our own way and incorporate all kinds of twists and turns into our music.

We think this is our best sounding release and our most interesting work to date. This being our second release with this line up, we feel that we
have really hit our stride and everyone know what to do to make the sweet music we call Deadly Doom.

Lyrically both songs are linked and therefore being Part one and two. Part one deals with an awakening, to see things for what they are, what impact your actions has on your surroundings and the once around you.

Part two is about the liberation from all that. A closure if you like. We feel certain that these two songs will leave you longing for more of our Epic Doom/Death Metal."

PIROSAINT streaming "Tonight" track

NY metal band Pirosaint have uploaded a second promo audio/single of its upcoming album "Pirosaint". The brand new track "Tonight" is available to streaming below:


The music of the track "Tonight", was recorded at Oily Sound Studios in New Windsor, NY by Ignacio Orellana and the vocal tracks were recorded at Nacrur Studios by Andres Nacrur in Santiago, Chile. The mixing and mastering was done at Ignacio Figueroa's studios in Viña del Mar, Chile. The albums is expected to be release late 2013 or beginning of 2014. A lyric video will be released in the next few weeks.

Drummer Ignacio Orellana commented:
"We are very happy to be working with Ignacio Figueroa, he has been a very patience man and he has giving us the sound that we have been looking for… to be working over the internet has been always a hassle for everyone we know but he have a clear idea of working this way, plus he is a very talented musician and you can see it when you start listening to his band Naioth, he knows what he is doing.

To make a song talking about going to a concert it may sound a little weird today's day after youtube's way of showing everything day after day, but... back then it was a whole new experience, just remember yourself getting ready to go see to our favorite artists and such waiting for a friend or picking up to a friend before going out… Today we have lost the excitement and expectations about it, so we wanted to pay tribute to that with this song."

INFERIS announce new singer

Chilean heavy metal band INFERIS have announced the addition of Nasson, as its new singer. After 2 month of auditions the guitar player/singer obtained the spot due its large experience on its previous solo work.

The members of Inferis have commented:
"We are very motivated with the new arrival, we know that now we can achieve a better level, we saw that during all the process of his auditions, he is already working on new lyrics for the new material, so we can comeback to the live shows son".

Singer Nasson commented:
"As soon as I found out that Inferis was looking for a singer, i had to applied right away, I knew it was going to be a great opportunity, I really liked its previous material and now they have grown mature even more when it comes to musical compositions. I am super excited and i will fit the part 100%".

SACRED OATH release new lyric video

SACRED OATH release lyrics video for new album “Fallen” due May 28th.

The four original members of cult US metal band Sacred Oath are together again for the first time in more than 6 years and have released a video single “Snake Eyes” from the brand new full length album “Fallen” due on May 28th.

The band is celebrating the 25th anniversary of their debut release “A Crystal Vision”, an album that somehow managed to become a cult classic despite going out of print almost immediately after its release in 1988.  Singer Rob Thorne reformed the band in 2007 and has since released several albums with Sacred Oath, but “Fallen” is the first full length album since ‘88 to feature Pete Altieri (bass), Glen Cruciani (guitar), Rob Thorne (vocals/guitar) and Kenny Evans (drums) throughout.  In a letter to fans posted on their website, Pete Altieri describes the album as “pure magic. I knew this was special, but until I sat down today to listen to ‘Fallen’ mastered and complete, I didn’t realize how much. This is truly a gift from the metal gods to all of us!”

DEMENCIA reveal art work, track list of new album

Chilean thrash metal band DEMENCIA have revealed the art work of its new album "Religion of sin". The album was released in Chile via Agresor Records and will be distributed in North America via Digmetalworld Records/MVD Entertainment Group by August 2013. "Religion of sin" contains 9 tracks including two tracks in spanish. The album follows its predecessor "Metal Distorsion" released in 2008.

The new album was recorded, mixed and mastered at UNAP Studios in Iquique, Chile by Waldo M. The album was produced entirely by the band.

Chilean band SILVERJACK have released the music video for the track "Apostando A Ganador" that comes off its latest album with the same name. The video was directed by Jaime Dutrey and Lucas Roncatti with the  video camera and video edition of Lucas Roncatti

Doom Chilean metal band G.E.N. have announced that the release of its debut E.P "Manifesto" will be on May 9th, 2013 via Digmetalworld Records in North America. A lyric video will be posted in the next few weeks.

"Manifesto" contains 5 tracks of doom/gothic metal music, recorded on December 2012, at VNA PRO Studios in Santiago, Chile by Andres Decinti. All lyrics were written by Andrés Munster and all the arrangements were done by Javier Niemann and Andrés Munster. The art work was designed by Ignacio Urqueta.

The band is currently working on the pre-production of its full length that it would be release in the second half of this present year.
